I am currently private-pay while I complete insurance credentialing. I expect to begin accepting insurance within the next six months (UHC, Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross of CA, TRICARE). HSA/FSA funds can be used for payment, and some clients may seek out-of-network reimbursement (Superbills provided).

Most nutrition advice is built for ‘perfect’ lives. Mine isn’t.

I work in the space where science meets real life- complex, unpredictable, and human. My role is to help you build confidence, clarity, and habits that actually last.

I don’t give advice from a pedestal. I walk beside you.

No. I do not provide eating disorder treatment or intensive ED recovery care. I’m happy to help refer you to specialized providers if needed.
