Weekly classes will be held on Zoom so you can be supported and learn the essentials of diabetes management in the comfort of your home.

  • Monitoring blood sugars- Glucometer vs.CGM

  • Meal patterns management

6-Week FUEL-TO-HEAL

A structured 6-week nutrition program designed to support tissue healing, maintain strength, and optimize energy availability during PT rehab. Learn practical fueling strategies that accelerate recovery, reduce inflammation, and prepare you for a confident return to training.

  • Energy needs during recovery

  • Protein timing and muscle maintenance

  • Collagen strategy, micronutrients & supplements

  • Fueling around PT & strength training

  • Rebalancing intake during reduced activity

This is not a diet, a reset, or a meal plan—it’s a guided process that helps you understand why your patterns exist and how to change them in a way that actually lasts.
